I needed an anniversary boquet at the last minute. Ordered at 9:00 am and it was delivered by 4:00 pm. The woman I worked with was polite, knowledgable, and efficient, and worked with me to determine a good selection of flowers. Pricing was reasonable.

Next time I decided to stop in on my way home so I could take a bouquet with me. They were still very polite and helpful, and provided excellent quality. The store was cluttered, but still clean; though stuffed uncomfortably to the brim with religious sayings on virtually every product. I had to take vacation time from work because they close at 5:00 (the very time the majority of their customers become available), but when I called and said I'd be there a few minutes after they were very accomodating and waited for me. So on one hand I appreciated the excellent service, but on the other I felt that the store hours are horribly ill-conceived and created the difficult situation in the first place.
