Very professional and friendly. Front desk check in lady was way too stressed and took it out on the clients. Other than that it's all positive. Modern and up to date on hair styles and trends. Well trained staff and assistants that are well polished themselves. Classy and modern facilities, very large and open. Comfortable and not over feminine for the men. There were a lot of guys getting their hair cut. Overall
I'd definately recommend it and have to many people. They are all still going there for services. They also have a location in South Hills Village Mall, not nearly as nice as the free standing building in McMurray though.
